Who are we looking for?

Our growing software design and development business seeks a Head of Business Development to lead the team and actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities: 

  • Setting ambitious goals for the team
  • Coaching the team
  • Creating and executing sales strategy
  • Building and maintaining strong customer focused culture and highest performance standards for quality, customer commitments and efficiency
  • Acquiring new clients (leading team by example)

Requirements - must have

  • Minimum two years experience in B2B sales in IT
  • A proven track record in Inbound and Outbound Sales
  • Excellent command of English (at least CEFR C1)
  • Entrepreneurial and positive attitude
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Requirements - nice to have

  • Experience in team management
  • Experience in a similar role in a 50+ people company

    or from PLN 12 000 to 15 500 + VAT + bonuses (B2B)
