Bonito hoped to provide their users with an omnichannel means of contacting the brand.

- develop a sales application
- modernise their existing web store
- refresh brand image and lay out new communication scheme
Bonito is one of Poland’s largest booksellers. Apart from books, their offer comprises toys, CDs, puzzles, games, school supplies and stationery. They have been operating since 2006. Online sales (with over 200,000 orders) account for the majority of their transactions, coupled with 13 sales locations across Poland. What sets Bonito apart from their competitors are high quality services, quick order picking, low cost delivery via courier services and pickup points in 42 locations across Poland.

We were tasked with integrating all planned UX/UI and technology-oriented activities so that Bonito’s marketing communication strategy was clear and coherent. We initiated the collaborative project by refreshing the company logo and preparing a set of materials to communicate the brand to the customers.

Modernising the online store concluded the project.
Our task comprised a wide array of activities, starting with rebranding support, online store design and modernisation, only to end with mobile app design and implementation. Having finished the rebranding process, we moved onto phase two, which consisted in building an m-commerce Flutter-based application alongside the ongoing modernisation of the online store so as to integrate the store with the app.
The app was very well received by the customers, both in Google Play and AppStore.
Podchodząc kompleksowo do projektu aplikacji, zaproponowaliśmy również rebranding marki, który wiązał się z przygotowaniem nowych materiałów key visual. Nowy, świeży design idealnie odnalazł się w aplikacji mobilnej.
Intuicyjny UX zapewnia proste prowadzenie użytkownika przez proces zakupowy, poprzez dodawanie artykułów do ulubionych, lub udostępnianie produktów znajomym.
