In 2015, we began cooperating with Appchance to create a mobile app for both iOS and Android. We relied on Appchance with regard to consulting them on UX design, programming the app itself as well as its later testing. Our mutual efforts resulted in creating a new distribution channel for our offer, which increased sales. Additionally, the app has become an important element in our communication with the customers, building customer engagement and loyalty. In 2018, the application received the Mobile Trends Award and came first in the m-commerce category.
