Our main task was to design an app that would provide farmers with useful information on agricultural practice and management. One of the app’s key features was to integrate its data and function with the CleverFarm sensor system, which provides reports on crop risks that appear locally and recommends a particular product to solve the problem.
MyFIELD
Syngenta is a global market leader in agrochemical crop protection and seed production. Syngenta Polska offers farmers a range of innovative products, which help increase yield in an environmentally friendly way. Apart from a wide range of crop protection solutions, seed treatment and seed production for field crops, Syngenta provides agriculture support programmes and counselling. To better support growers Syngenta decided to introduce mojeINFOPOLE – an application which is to assist farmers in their daily routines.

What we did to solve the issue?
We were asked to design and develop a native application for Android and iOS, which would combine a variety of functions and tools in a user-friendly manner. Thanks to our devoted team of designers and programmers, we have created an intuitive app interface.

In the course of the project, we developed a mobile app for iOS and Android using the Flutter toolkit. The app includes such functions as:
- weather alerts for crops and suggestions on recommended products to mitigate the risks,
- detailed weather reports
- label database for all crop protection products registered in Poland
- weed, disease and pest guide
- field area measurement tools,
- useful agricultural calculators,
- news and special offers on Syngenta products.
That’s not all, though. We keep developing the app’s functionality and continue to enrich its functions with other tools that farmers will find useful in managing their farms. The application is noteworthy for being appreciated by the jury of the Mobile Trend Awards and gaining a distinction in 2020 in the business app category.
